Moon Package
1-4 Weeks of support
Are you just needing short term support? This package is ideally for clients needing support after delivery at your first nights at home, one night a week of support, day support, or a great option for emergency, one time support. For clients that are having a hard time getting that well deserved rest they need. Having a doula for a short amount of time will still definitely benefit some much needed rest for you and your partner, guidance support, cleaning, breastfeeding support, and implementing safe sleeping habits for your new baby
Star Package
5-6 Weeks of Support
Having night support for 4-6 weeks will definitely make a difference for you and your babies night routine. Whether it’s in the beginning of the first few weeks, or towards the first few months of birth. This gives me more time implementing safe sleeping habits, and getting your baby on the right track to sleep training. You will see more results in your babies night routine, and you will get that much needed sleep for weeks to come.
Sky Package
7+ Weeks of Support
My most popular package. Conveniently choose how long of support you are wanting. This package benefits my clients by getting the most support possible in the months of the postpartum period. This gives me more time to get your baby on the right track to longer feed and sleep stretches. Also, to set the goals you are ultimately wanting for night support. Plus you get weeks of uninterrupted sleep for you and your partner. Doesn’t that sounds nice? The benefits of choosing this package has a the option to pay doula weekly.
All packages are charged by my hourly rate with a retainer fee to secure your booking. Retainer varies by which package you selected, which can be discussed during a complementary phone consultation. Hourly rate will also be discussed during our consultation.
